Delivery within Switzerland

Deliveries are usually made by Swiss Post or DPD. 

Shipping and packaging costs

up to and including an order value of CHF 30.-, we charge a flat rate of CHF 9.-.

from an order value of CHF 31.- we charge a flat rate of CHF 15.-.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over CHF 300.-.

Delivery time

Goods in stock are dispatched within 3 working days. You will be informed in good time if there is a delay in delivery.

Non-stock items will be dispatched within 3 - 14 working days.

n case of backorders you can withdraw from the contract of sale of the backordered goods at any time.
